Ubisoft Leaks PS4 Game Price

Chazz Harington of PSNation has discovered some relieving news today regarding the prices of PS4 games. While on Ubisoft’s web store, UPlay, he came across a special limited edition of Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag, going by the name of “The Black Chest” edition. The prices were listed for the current generation, with a fourth slot being left blank. Although no consoles filled the fourth slot, there was still a price available.The prices for the PS3, 360, and Wii U were all set at £119.99, and the empty slot contained the same amount.
“I have done some digging and hidden in a webpage for an UPlay exclusive edition for the new Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag, which will be coming out on all current and next gen platforms but I have just found out the price for the game, “ said Chazz. “It will be the same as the current gen editions. Priced at £119.99 with the only difference being the PC version, which will be £10 less. So there we have it, it looks like Ubisoft won’t be increasing their prices for next gen games.”
Past rumors have suggested that the next-generation gaming prices will not see a spike. Sony’s CEO has supported such claims. This find today only adds to the evidence.
